We are located in Flagstaff Arizona and answer the phone during reasonable hours.  Please understand that we are located in Mountain Standard Time and never are in Daylight Savings Time.  So if it's 9:00 AM on the East Coast, it's only 7:00 here most of the year BUT it's 6:00 AM if you're on daylight savings time.
