greeting card. Please be sure to include your name, company name,
address, phone, fax number, and the message you would like included
in the gift card. We will fax you an invoice detailing your order.
This invoice will need to be signed and returned with payment prior
to the shipment of your gift cards. For payment, we accept Visa,
MasterCard, company check or money order.
