There are several different ways to set up a gift or incentive program.  We can help you create a point system or you can create your own.

Setting Up A Recognition Program

  • Determine whether the program will be paper-based, online-based or both
  • Plan how many different achievements or milestones to include in the program
  • Establish a budget and the monetary value to be awarded for each achievement
  • Schedule an in-hands date for the program
  • Decide if the presentation package should be mailed directly to the recipient or personally presented
  • Once all of the above criteria have been determined, we can order the awards or certificates for you.

How the Selective Gift Plan Point System Works

Each gift level has a point level of 1/2 cent per point.  But you don't have to worry about that.  Simply assign a particular number of points to be earned for each goal that you set and then award the equivalent point/price level certificate when the goal is reached. 

The recipient can either redeem the certificate online or by mail (postage is included for mailing in the card).  Shipping of the gift is included in the award so there are no hidden fees for either you or the recipient to pay.
