Policies and Terms
Since we work with a huge variety of gift
companies and promotional product factories, all of which
require us to provide payment upfront for any orders, we must
also require payment upfront. Your credit card will be run when
we place the order with the factory. You will have the
opportunity to approve a faxed proof of your artwork before
production begins. Once the artwork has been approved and
production has begun, there can be no refunds.
If you must have an order in hand by a
specific date, please state that when you place your order and
we will confirm that it can be done with the factory prior to
submitting the factory.
None of us like surprises and we try to avoid
them at all costs. The order form that we fax to you for credit
card information and signature will include all charges
including sales tax (if applicable) and estimated shipping
charges.
We make every effort to make sure that the
prices for promotional products are up to date on the website.
If, after receiving your order, we discover that the factory has
increased the price, you will be notified and will have the
opportunity to either approve or cancel the order.
We will take full responsibility for any
errors that we make on any orders however, we cannot be
responsible for errors that are outside our control.. We cannot
take responsibility for any errors that you have submitted or
approved. If the factory makes any errors, we will work with
you and with them to see that they are corrected in the best way
possible. In rare occasions, delivery to you may be delayed
because of weather. Shipping companies do not guarantee
delivery when weather is a problem; therefore we cannot
guarantee what we cannot control.
